Zion National Park is located in the southwestern corner of Utah, east of St. George, Utah. The park offers spectacular cliffs that rise 2000 to 3000 feet from the bottom of the canyon where the Virgin river has been carving through the sandstone for millions of years. It includes the world's largest natural arch, Kolob Arch, which has a span of 310 feet. Some of the other most popular attractions are The Great White Throne, Angel's Landing, the Three Patriarchs, Checkerboard Mesa, and the Virgin Narrows.
